This project addresses the digital skills gap in Europe and aims to target adults with lower levels of education, especially migrants, the long-term unemployed and people over 45. The aim is to promote lifelong learning and better integration into the labour market. To achieve this, the project focuses on training educators and administrators to create customised learning environments.

Key objectives include supporting educators and managers in assessing and improving digital competences, increasing knowledge for inclusive learning, developing skills to implement innovative practises and digital tools, and fostering collaboration between organisations in adult education…
