A Community of Practice (CoP) is a network of people who share common interests, professions or goals and come together to learn, collaborate and improve their practices. The T4T project has established a dynamic Community of Practice for Digital Tools in the Classroom to address the challenges faced by educators in the digital education landscape. It aims to strengthen the skills of adult educators in building effective group dynamics in online learning environments by providing resources, guidelines and a comprehensive library for professional development. By joining this dynamic network, educators can connect with peers, share experiences and contribute to the collective knowledge of digital teaching practices to ultimately shape the future of online education.
